My Journey to UX Design
My journey into UX/UI design began through graphic design and freelance work. While taking my first courses in web design, I started working independently, collaborating with clients and building projects from scratch. That early experience taught me how to take ownership — from shaping ideas and defining scopes to delivering functional, visually cohesive solutions.
It was during this stage that I encountered UX design, and it immediately resonated with me. I fell in love with its way of thinking: a discipline where creativity is grounded in logic, where assumptions can be tested, and where design decisions are driven by real user needs. Compared to traditional graphic design, UX offered something I was deeply seeking — structure, iteration, and the possibility to improve experiences before they reach people.
As I transitioned into UX/UI, I deliberately strengthened my foundation by completing a Specialisation in UX Research, where I gained hands-on experience conducting research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into actionable design decisions. This training helped me develop a more analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, reinforcing the importance of evidence-based design.
Over time, I began coordinating and leading projects end-to-end, combining research, interaction design, visual design systems, and motion to bring ideas together in a coherent way. I developed a solid learning path that allows me to organize complexity, connect ideas, and move confidently from discovery to execution.
Where I am at
Today, I’m a UX/UI & Motion Designer based in Buenos Aires, with over 10 years of experience in design and more than 5 years focused on digital products. I’ve worked with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments at companies such as Ring (Amazon), Accenture, Edelman, and Boomit, contributing to large-scale platforms and products with diverse user needs.
My background has shaped how I approach design: I value clarity, collaboration, and intentional decision-making. I believe good design sits at the intersection of people, business, and technology — and that thoughtful experiences can simplify complexity, build trust, and create meaningful impact.
I stay continuously up to date with new tools, technologies, and design practices to improve my productivity and the quality of my work. I regularly take courses and explore new approaches to ensure my skills remain aligned with evolving industry standards and product needs, allowing me to adapt quickly and contribute effectively to different contexts and teams.
